Returns and Exchanges

At NÜA, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.

Conditions

• Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
• Returns of sale items or personalized items are not accepted.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

How to initiate a return

Send us an email at nuastudioshop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 48 hours with instructions.

Refunds

Once the item is received and verified, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
